Responsibilities
- Generalists possess a wide variety of knowledge across their given Job Role.
- Instead of developing deep expertise in one specialty, these individuals have a holistic working knowledge of their role and its context within their organization.
- Generalists understand all of the functional elements of their job role, and act as connection points between different groups.
Experience/Qualification
- Diploma/BTech/Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related qualification
- 1 to 8 years of experience
