Job Description

We are actively searching for a talented and experienced Project Manager: Agile Development

Responsibilities

• This specialty is responsible for leading a project team in delivering Java/Microsoft based application development solutions to the client executing using Agile methods and the appropriate business measurements as well as terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract.
• They are typically engaged in project planning and management, team management, Product Owner support, process management and improvement and team building. 
• This specialty involves sprint planning, leading daily standups, resource assignment, providing technical guidance, leading retrospectives and reporting sprint progress to the stakeholders.
• This specialty is required to collaborate closely with the client product managers, business analysts and other stakeholders required for successful delivery. 
• Skills required include a strong understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices to blend them with a business environment.

Experience/Qualification

• Diploma/BTech/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related qualification
• 1 to 8 years of experience
