We are actively searching for a talented and experience Security Delivery Specialist: General Data Protection Regulation

Responsibilities

• Analyze GTS contracts and security documents using the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) analysis methodology and produces contracts and controls (TOMs) gap which require remediation for GDPR compliance.
• These specialists document data processing, vendors involved in processing, and cross-border data transfers that require EU model clauses, as appropriate within the scope of each contract.
• Serve as thought leader and advisor to GTS account resources, provide leadership to the markets.
• Responsible to drive and take ownership for actions connected for GDPR compliance and targets, advise and support IBM account teams with impact assessment, advise and assist clients with Privacy impact assessments,
• Advise and assist with local country legal and data privacy requirements, and advise and assist with TOMS and alignment to security policies.
• Monitor GDPR compliance between controller, processor, subprocessor and vendors and provice support to manage the identified gaps.
• They have responsibility to support IBM in data privacy incidents resolutions, data privacy audits and account teams in pre-signing phase to define GDPR requirements.
• Define the required management system to rung projects implementing GDPR, including communication and market leadership, tracking of GDPR activities across accounts and report regularly to stakeholders.
• Identify issues or gaps and interlock with account focals, security, legal, contract, data privacy, vendors and SME roles to ensure deadlines are met by creating and maintaining a project plan and documented risks and issues.

Experience/Qualification

• Diploma/BTech/Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related qualification
• 1 to 8 years of experience
